  • We believe your commitment deserves recognition. That’s why we offer a special bonus when you join the team as a Customer Account Representative or Assistant Manager*.
  • New Hires in select markets can earn up to $600 for getting started and continuing to grow with us*
*To qualify for the Start & Stay Bonus, new hires must begin employment by 11/30. Bonus paid after 90 days if actively employed and in good standing. Former RAC coworkers are eligible only if separated 181+ days. $500 is paid to Assistant Managers and Customer Account Representatives hired in select markets in two payments: $250 paid after 30 days, and $250 after completing 90 days. Bilingual Assistant Managers and Customer Accountant Representatives hired in select markets will receive $600: $300 paid after 30 days, and $300 after completing 90 days with us.
