Payroll Administrator


Job Purpose: Responsible for assisting in the administration of the company’s domestic and international payroll functions, with a keen emphasis on administering payroll tax by providing regular utilization and expense data analysis, quality recordkeeping support and exceptional customer service to our coworkers.


  • Provides pro-active, timely and knowledgeable customer service to all coworkers on matters concerning the company’s payroll, notably payroll tax and serves as a tier 3 escalation for our payroll function – researches and resolves escalated issues.   
  • Possesses solid working knowledge of internal payroll practices and procedures – capable of working directly with human resources, field coworkers and FSC colleagues to investigate and resolve complex payroll and/or timekeeping issues (e.g. inquiries concerning labor distribution) 
  • Strong attention to detail, analytic and possesses a proven results orientation.  Experience working with offshore team desired. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent years of experience specially in payroll tax
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience and exposures in payroll tax
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational and communication skills (bilingual preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and human resources information systems
  • Federal-Quarterly and Annual Tax Withholding filing
  • State Income Tax- Quarterly and Annual Tax Withholding filing.
  • State Unemployment Tax- Quarterly Tax Withholding filing.
  • Local Tax – Monthly and/or Quarterly Tax Filing and Annual Reconciliations as state regulates.
  • Corporate Income Tax filing
  • Tax agency notices.
  • Manage Tax Audits
  • Labor and Employment Tax regulations for Federal, State and Local
  • Setup of new Company and Jurisdictions
  • Amendment Filings to correct previous quarters and years filings.
  • Timely and Accurate State and Local taxes set up for coworkers in payroll system.
  • State Registration with new companies and/or changes in companies.
  • Report Agent Authorization: Power of Attorney (POA) Declarations and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Authorization (POA) forms
  • Quarterly Statement of Deposits and Filings (SOD) Reports
  • MUST be able to work on-site, five days per week in Plano, TX
