Compensation + Perks

  • Hourly pay $16/hour.
  • Bilingual pay differential (Spanish) $0.50/hour.
  • Weekly pay, get paid EVERY FRIDAY!
  • Agents qualify for a monthly performance bonus.
  • Team lunch twice a month.


  • Consistent full-time positions are available now!
  • We are hiring for the shifts: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and 10:30 am – 7:00 pm.
  • We are looking for candidates that can work every-other Saturday. Saturday shifts are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
  • We are closed on Sundays.

Our Customer Service Representatives take inbound calls to assist customers by answering questions about their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases. Customer Service Representatives provide necessary support to the customer in various stages during the lease servicing process.

Position Functions

  • Perform inbound calls with any applicable party
  • Process ACH and credit card payments
  • Manage lease payment schedules
  • Data Entry when needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to best meet the customer’s needs
  • Provide outstanding, caring customer support to all customers

It is preferred that you have 1-year experience of customer service in a call center, but it is not required.

  • Fluent in English (Bilingual - English and Spanish Speaking candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient with a 10 key
  • Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills
  • Reliable - great attendance & time management
  • Computer savvy
  • Team cooperation and coordination to reach department goals
  • Basic mathematical knowledge of percentages and payment processes
  • Ability to perform efficiently and friendly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective listening skills with the ability to act on what is learned
