SCHEDULE

EXPERIENCE

• Retail or Rent-To-Own experience is a plus but not required.

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Explain lease agreements to customers.
• Approve rental/lease orders.
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits.
• Maintain the store in first class condition and keep co-workers informed of promotions and products.
• Monitor and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Able to work the listed hours.
• Self-driven and good work ethic.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service and computer skills.
• Must be a team player, be reliable, have a positive attitude, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, can pay attention to detail, be able to stand during most of the working day and maintain a clean work area.
• Must complete drug test & background check
