The Account Executive (a.k.a. Inside Sales Representative) position is a tremendous opportunity for the right salesperson. Our industry is exploding and the ability to earn great money in an enjoyable role could not be better than what Acima is offering.
The Account Executive works with existing and prospective merchants as retail partners with Acima. They enroll new merchants and train them on how to offer Acima's financing. We accomplish this by cold calling retailers from inside of our corporate office in Draper, UT. We take great pride in the fact that our sales reps know how to prospect, close, and train their own merchants. This includes using the company’s online portal to manage their applications, answer general questions, and provide program support to merchants. Account Executives are also responsible to grow their merchant lease production.
Because this growth is highly valued by Acima, Account Executives start by earning a competitive salary. Once the personal production and commissions generated exceed the salary, the Account Executives will be commissioned based on lease production and on the growth of their merchants.
