Our RAC Team is looking to hire a Rental Sales Professional for our locally owned and operated franchise store in Lubbock located at 2516 34th Street.

Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successful RENT-TO-OWN store. Help and assist in all aspects of store including, but not limited to execution of programs, processes and procedures, customer growth, delinquency management, budgeting, product ordering, and P&L management.
