JOB PURPOSE:
Effectively manage the implementation and optimization of Acima CRM channels including email, SMS, push, and direct mail. Be the subject matter expert for B2C and B2B campaign execution in Acima’s CDP and ESP including platform proficiency as well having a working knowledge of customer and merchant data to be able to take a business request and transform it into an effective one-to-one campaign.
Compensation range for this position: $60,000 to $70,000.
Note: this position is hybrid, 3 days in office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement B2C and B2B email, SMS, push, and direct mail campaigns including list building, audience targeting, deployment and monitoring
- Be an expert in Acima customer and merchant data and how it can be effectively applied to build one-to-one CRM campaigns in the CDP
- Take in requirements for campaigns across Marketing, Sales, Product and Legal/Compliance for promotional, triggers and transactional communications
- Ensure campaigns deploy accurately and on time and communicate and troubleshoot with urgency when campaigns go down and assist in root cause analysis
- Assist legal and compliance teams with audits and making sure content and processes are compliant
- Work collaboratively to execute programs and initiatives and communicate project status and help coordinate competing timelines
- Test and learn by working with business owners and create a collaborative environment for continuous improvements
- Support activities including IP warming, complaint processing, reply mail management and overall deliverability optimization
- Update content in emails to match compliance and marketing requirements as overflow from HTML team, develop CSS and AMPscript and Liquidscript working knowledge
- Additional duties as assigned, including support Email programs of other Rent-A-Center, Inc brands

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Fintech or retail store-based marketing experience strongly preferred
- Four to five years of experience in Digital Advertising and/or Marketing including database marketing
- Email campaign management (Zeta, Salesforce, SendGrid/Twilio, CheetahMail, Sparkpost, etc.) experience a must
- Experience with marketing automation and personalization platform, such as Zeta, preferred
- Experience working with content and creative teams including design and copywriting functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Teams experience a plus)
