Job Description:

Job Purpose: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting functions and financial reporting including accurately recording the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the company. Develop and maintain systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist financial data to all levels within the organization
  • Monitor payables and expenses including account coding, cost justification, and reasonableness
  • Maintain chart of accounts and reporting structure
  • Assist with yearly financials for RACFI’s three brands to provide in the FDD’s
  • Assist with Budgeting
  • Assist with break fixes
  • Hightouch/ VersiRent population of performance
  • Creating monthly awards
    • Top 10
    • Monthly performance
  • Billing of pass through costs
  • Acima consignment program billing (monthly)
  • Report reviews
    • GL Data
    • Roll Forward
  • Assist with Account/ Finance questions
  • Analytics- assist with utilizing PowerBI to support RACFI and Franchise needs, create and build reports, as well as complete data checks.
  • P&L capture of franchisees
    • Inputting store level finances for franchisees
  • Relationship management
    • In RAC FSC (accounting/ finance)
    • 3rd party relationship

    • Monthly revenue input to ERP
  • Project Ownership

   Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles
  • Proficient technical skills
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization
