JOB PURPOSE: To manage the legal documents and key abstracted information and outside NNN audit firm.



  • Manage Monthly Rent Roll and coordinate with Lease Accounting
  • Process/resolve Defaults from Landlords
  • Enter Landlord/Payee changes and EFT/ACH changes
  • Create new store records/close store records
  • Oversee document abstraction process and abstract documents, as necessary
  • Follow all internal control processes
  • Manage relationship with outside NNN audit firm and assist with difficult reconciliations
  • Route/answer incoming Real Estate mail/emails
  • Lucernex System Admin


Assist in the following when necessary:

  • Process Estoppels and SNDA’s
  • Collect Tenant Improvement Allowances and Security Deposits
  • Process audit requests
  • Input Franchisee Assignments/Acquisitions
  • Send Termination Letters
  • Additional duties as assigned



  • Two to Four years of lease abstraction or lease administration experience
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and  Lucernex or other lease management software experience
  • Ability to interpret lease information and input lease information into database with a high level of accuracy while working at a fast pace
  • Must be extremely analytical and detail oriented
  • Friendly with great oral and written communication skills
