Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:  Assume responsibility for web property tagging across multiple lines of business and lead digital experience team with web testing and optimization.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, develop and manage tagging in Google360/GTM for web properties across multiple lines of business.
  • Create, develop and manage the tagging strategy in collaboration with the internal analytics team to identify required data points to be captured.
  • Implement tagging in Google Tag Manager (GTM) / Google360 (GA360) / Firebase for digital properties across the Acima landscape.
  • Validate and ensure consistent and accurate data collection.
  • Develop, manage and maintain the Solution Design Reference (SDR).
  • Deliver clear and concise set of technical requirements/ technical implementation documentation to the product development teams.
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of analytics and reporting by identifying and recommending reporting improvements to leadership.       
  • Support testing and optimization in partnership with the UX, Product and Business team.
  • Plan, strategize, develop and manage all front-end testing scripts on acima.com via Optimizely.
  • Assist with online customer journey process alignment and ongoing Marketing and IT based development efforts.
  • Cross-team collaboration with product management and development.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • General Marketing and product optimization proficiency with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Operations or IT.
  • Exceptional knowledge and hands-on experience of Google Analytics (GA360 preferred), Firebase, Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
  • In-depth knowledge of online process flows pertaining to sales and retention best practice standards.
  • Knowledge of online brand management and how to align with business needs.
  • In depth sales knowledge from online promotion to online sales closure.
  • Experienced in all Microsoft Suite products, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL,etc), Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, Python, R, etc. a plus.
  • Online customer sales experience required; online retail preferred.
  • Chat experience a plus.
  • Hybris content management or other CMS systems experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
