Call Center Representatives, also known as Lease Processing Agents or Customer Service Agents provide outstanding customer service to our partnered retailers and customers through phone, email, and chat. Representatives perform in-depth review of the applications submitted. Representatives provide support to the customer and retailers during the various stages of the lease funding process.

Our team is hiring English and Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) candidates.

Position Functions

  • Auditing applications to ensure accuracy
  • Retailer and customer support through phone, email and chat during application process
  • Phone punctuality -- approximately 80% of the support provided is via phone
  • Documentation review, i.e. photo IDs, invoices, and lease agreements
  • Communicate with the applicant's bank to confirm banking information when needed
  • Work directly with a department coach to continuously grow and develop skills

Schedule and Hours

Full-time positions available now!

Our department is open Monday – Saturday from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm and Sunday from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.

You will be required to work one day on the weekend, but our Representatives have a scheduled day off during the week to provide work/life balance.


Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications, compensation starts at $17 per hour starting on your first day of employment. Shift differential pay is awarded for weekends and time worked after 5 pm.


Experience Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service in a call center or office environment.

  • Fluent in English 
  • Bilingual candidates, fluent in both English & Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

  • Understanding of income calculation through bank statement review
  • Perfect punctuality
  • Ability to perform efficiently and friendly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective listening skills with the ability to act on what is learned
  • Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills.
