Job Description:

Job Purpose: Provide recruiting support to include advancing the employment brand through digital and social media channels, optimizing the Applicant Tracking System, developing and monitoring recruiting metrics, vendor management, process improvement, facilitating the interactive background check review process, etc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the employment brand and drive candidate flow through engaging, creative, and consistent social media campaigns to include content development, curation, and publishing
  • Continuously enhance the career landing page and optimize company pages to include Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.
  • Enhance the candidate and manager experience through the continued optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Enable data driven decisions by developing and analyzing metrics such as social media analytics, source of hire, cost per hire, recruiter performance metrics, ROI, etc.
  • Continuously review vendor performance to ensure the most value is created, and the right partnerships are in place
  • Partner with the Director of DE&I to assist with ensuring Talent Acquisition diversity initiatives and goals are realized
  • Collaborate with team to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Facilitate the background check interactive process in compliance with internal policies the regulatory environment
  • Assist with vendor management as it relates to partners in the job board and candidate database space, social media platforms, background check services, the ATS, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Business HR, Communications, Marketing, etc.) to manage the company’s online reputation and advance the employment brand
  • Assist with training the recruitment team on use of a sourcing tools, sponsorship, metrics, text and email campaigns, the ATS, etc.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and recommend creative approaches and solutions to drive brand awareness

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of optimizing the employer brand and talent acquisition efforts through proactive social media marketing and creative recruitment marketing
  • Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, social media marketing or recruitment marketing
  • Experience utilizing social media channels preferred
  • Knowledge of social media recruiting tools, methodologies, and marketing
  • Analytics experience-translating data into meaningful, actionable insights
  • Positive attitude and customer oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading digital and social media talent acquisition efforts for proactive/progressive companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft products to include Excel
  • Creative
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to set priorities, adjust priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment
