Acima eCommerce is the leading lease-to-own payment option for eCommerce and Omni-Channel retailers. Our frictionless software enables eCommerce retailers to capture more sales and reduce cart abandonment. As a growing segment, we’re looking to add to our eCommerce sales team.
The Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive will focus on selling Acima services to large eCommerce and Omni-channel retailers. The successful candidate will have a record of past success achieving results-oriented growth objectives, exceeding enterprise revenue and profitability by driving enterprise sales. They will have a strong background selling solutions to eCommerce retailers and navigating various departments to present to key decision makers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive topline growth selling to enterprise eCommerce and omnichannel retailers.
- Implement enterprise sales strategy to develop and target key eCommerce accounts.
- Work closely with eCommerce product and implementation teams to develop solution driven integrations for enterprise prospects.
- Develop and coordinate business development processes, including finding new prospects to target, in order to maximize sales efforts.
- Work with marketing team to create custom presentations, promotional assets, emails, sales collateral and digital asset.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and provide updates to senior leaders.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales or business development experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling to large Enterprise Retailers specifically eCommerce and Omnichannel Retailers.
- Experience strategically penetrating finance and eCommerce organizations of large enterprises.
- Knowledge of financial services, fintech, lease-to-own financing, payments is a plus
- Experience developing value-based RFP’s to close enterprise accounts
- Comfortable selling to C-Suite
- Comfortable in enterprise contract discussions and legal processes
- Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of shopping cart platforms, API’s, SDK’s and app development and can speak to technical teams.
