Job Description:

Job Purpose: First and foremost, to be a company advocate and love what we do. Proactively bring our brand’s compelling story to life across social and online advertising. Help attain qualified leads, grow new customers, and re-engage lapsed customers in collaboration with Rent-A-Center’s Digital Media and Analytics teams.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in strategy and planning for Rent-A-Center, Get It Now, and Home Choice social media marketing in Facebook, Instagram, and online advertising across programmatic display, video, and digital radio
  • Day-to-day management and optimization within Facebook Ads Manager to drive business online and in-store
  • Assist in managing budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results across multiple ads with varying objectives with a full funnel approach
  • Manage campaign set up and have detailed knowledge of ad specs, APIs, audience/CRM selection and A/B testing
  • Ability to build quality relationships with partners in order to expand paid media and co-branded partnerships opportunities to drive business goals
  • Partner with Digital Analyst to ensure that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term
  • Partner with digital media agency on briefs, campaign calendars, creative trackers, and landing page strategy
  • Open jobs with internal creative services or external creative agency that prioritize messaging, imagery and ad goals
  • Demonstrate creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and resourcefulness and help to meet ambitious growth goals for the company
  • Stay informed on social advertising industry best practices and trends, direct competitor activities and new product launches
  • Partner with Web Experience team to understand roadmap and impact on landing pages, pixels, conversion events and 3rd party tagging
  • Support Director in updating budgets, providing accruals and variance explanations
  • Partner with internal teams to assist with marketing initiatives for new store openings

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in self-serve programmatic platforms, specifically Facebook Ads Manager
  • Detail oriented with the ability to marry and push live ad creative, audiences and budget
  • You are highly motivated, a brilliant communicator and a resourceful problem-solver with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
  • You have experience managing and executing projects with digital agencies and partners
  • B2B social media marketing experience a plus
  • TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter or LinkedIn Ads Manager experience a plus
  • Media planning/buying agency experience a plus
