As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls in both English and Spanish to assist customers by answering customer questions regarding their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases. You will provide support as necessary to the customer in various stages during the lease servicing process.


Hourly pay starting at $16/hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Bilingual agents are eligible for a language differential.

Eligibility for performance bonus each month on top of an hourly rate.


Full-time positions are available now!

We are closed on Sundays and you are only required to work every other Saturday.

The Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Position Functions

  • Receive inbound calls with any applicable party, in this position you will rarely make any outbound calls
  • Help customers process ACH and credit card payments
  • Manage lease payment schedules
  • Data Entry when needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to best meet the customer’s needs
  • Provide outstanding and caring customer support to all customers
