As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls in both English and Spanish to assist customers by answering customer questions regarding their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases. You will provide support as necessary to the customer in various stages during the lease servicing process.
Compensation
Hourly pay starting at $16/hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Bilingual agents are eligible for a language differential.
Eligibility for performance bonus each month on top of an hourly rate.
Scheduling
Full-time positions are available now!
We are closed on Sundays and you are only required to work every other Saturday.
The Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
