As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls to assist customers by answering questions regarding their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases. Customer Service Agents provide necessary support to the customer in various stages during the lease servicing process.
Hourly pay starting at $15/hour day of employment, depending on qualifications and experience.
**Eligibility for performance bonus each month on top of an hourly rate.**

We are closed on Sundays and you are only required to work every other Saturday.
The Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
