Job Description:

Job Purpose: First and foremost, to be a company advocate and love what we do. Proactively bring our brand’s compelling story to life across digital media platforms with focus on cross channel optimizations, data strategy and ROI. Help attain qualified leads, grow new customers, re-engage lapsed customers, and improve customer journeys in collaboration with Director of Digital Media.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in strategy and planning for Acima’s digital media channels, including paid search, display, online video, and online radio
  • Have knowledge of the Google ad landscape for paid search and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) for display, online video, and online radio to be able to work efficiently with agency and make recommendations to improve campaigns
  • Partner with digital media buying agency on campaign executions and be detailed oriented to manage documents to keep campaigns on track, including but not limited to creative trackers and campaign calendars
  • Think analytically to be able to effectively work with agency and Analyst to ensure that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term
  • Develop a deep understanding for the audiences we serve, as well as in-store and online capabilities we offer, to measure performance and inform future planning and strategies
  • Request creative jobs with creative services or creative agency that meet ad goals
  • Build relationships with Google and other key publisher reps to stay informed on industry best practices and trends, plus direct competitor activities
  • Work alongside Web Development to manage tagging requests and QA tags to track campaign performance
  • Support Director in updating budgets, providing accruals and variance explanations
  • Demonstrate creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and resourcefulness and help to meet ambitious growth goals for the company

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in paid digital media, including display, online video, online radio and paid search
  • Detail oriented to stay on top of projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • You are highly motivated, a brilliant communicator and a resourceful problem-solver with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
  • B2B marketing experience a plus
