Job Purpose: Drive strategy, planning and execution of Acima’s one-to-one (O2O) communications for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) functions. Manage customer relationship management (CRM)/customer data platform (CDP) programs to acquire qualified leads, grow new customers and re-engage lapsed customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Determine, develop, and drive O2O communication strategies for the Acima brand across all mediums including: email, direct mail, SMS and mobile app push notifications
  • Lead a team of O2O marketers and liaise with data providers to ensure best-in-class automation and personalization techniques to drive value to our customers and our company
  • Lead a results-driven group to find solutions that deliver on investment outlays and help to meet ambitious growth goals for the company
  • Lead and manage campaign set-up and maintain detailed knowledge of rules-based specs
  • Develop and maintain ongoing testing plan to continuously optimize performance of O2O channels
  • Partner with Marketing Analyst on channel reporting and ensure that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term
  • Manage budget for CRM channels to optimize every dollar spent, focusing on cash flow, forecast and variance
  • Brief internal and external creative agencies and provide feedback on creative, reviewing messaging, branding and ad goals
  • Stay informed on advertising industry and CRM/CDP best practices and trends, direct competitor activities and new product launches
  • Partner with Web Experience team to understand roadmap and impact on landing pages, pixels, conversion events and third-party tagging


What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience managing data-driven CRM programs
  • Experience managing a team
  • Fintech or retail store-based marketing experience preferred
  • Dual-brain: creative and analytical
  • Detail oriented project manager and creative problem solver
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple shifting priorities
  • B2B marketing experience a plus
