Acima is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to help us find high quality sales professionals to join our growing company. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of tasks to support the recruiting process. This includes vetting and interviewing potential candidates, management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), administration of the recruitment process, and coordinating tasks to successfully complete the employee selection and new hire onboarding process.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate tasks in the hiring process - review resumes, correspond with candidates throughout the selection process, pre-screen applicants, and schedule interviews as directed.
  • Navigate the ATS system, system configuration, system security, workflow management, etc.
  • Contact employee referrals - complete required documentation for the employee referral program.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for candidates in troubleshooting online applications/assessments and digital paperwork.
  • Responsible for meeting hiring goals set by leadership and executive teams.
  • Supports Recruiting department with administrative tasks and required employment documentation.
  • Supports and completes tasks required for new hire orientation and training.
  • Proofread communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Assists in posting and monitoring open positions on company websites, online job boards, social media sites, and other professional recruiting networks.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications, compensation starts at $55,000 annually plus performance and placement bonus.
