Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the data integrity and support of Human Resources processes. Serve as a technical point of contact for Human Resources.

 

                                                                                        

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and run ad hoc reports as necessary for Human Resources functions
  • Provide technical assistance to HR and create and deliver user training as needed
  • Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new or modified systems to meet changing business requirements
  • Ensure proper safeguards are in place to maintain the privacy of employee data
  • Regularly review and recommend improvements in Human Resource processes to ensure best practice approach and legal compliance.
  • Provide general HR system support and work on special projects as assigned

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to three years previous HRIS experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access, Adobe and ADP Vantage (or other HRIS)
  • Demonstrated understanding of Human Resource practices
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
