A Collections Supervisor is a hard working individual driven by the desire to lead by example and develop agents' skills, motivation and performance. They strive for personal excellence in maintaining their own states, but push to maintain top stats for the individuals assigned to them. They will manage a team of collectors from 6 to 10 agents. Their number one motivation is focused on the training and development of the agents that report to them, this consists but is not limited to, answering all daily questions in person and through chat, assisting in all escalated phone calls, monitoring daily stats and relaying areas of improvement to their team, communicating with their coach on higher development needs on their team that need intervention, monitoring phone usage and time management throughout the day and overall managing the day to day needs and interactions of their team.
Collection Supervisors are paid a base hourly rate starting at $16.00 per hour, plus the opportunity for monthly commissions and bonuses.
Most agents earn an additional $500 and $1,000 a month.
Perform inbound and outbound collections calls with any applicable party
Consult with customers to discuss payment options
Process customer payments
Negotiate payment plans
Offer and develop settlement plans for extremely delinquent accounts

We are closed on Sundays and you are only required to work every other Saturday.
The Collection department is open 7:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays
Any new hire is eligible to get on a waiting list for a preferred shift. We try our best to accommodate schedule requests and will work through the waitlist based on seniority and performance.
Interviews will be conducted over the phone. However, an in personal final interview and a week-long in-person training will be required. You are expected to work in-office for at least the first 45-60 days before being able to work from home.
