Schedule and Hours

Full-time positions available now!

Our department is open Monday – Saturday from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm and Sunday from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.

As the department must mirror our merchants’ hours. You will be required to work one day in the weekend. Our Agents also have one scheduled day off during the week to provide work/life balance.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications, compensation starts at $16 an hour day of employment. Shift differential pay is awarded for weekends and time worked after 5 pm.

Lease applications are processed using Acima’s own online lease origination portal. Agents are on the front-line in assisting to help the leases become funded through document review, problem solving, and customer satisfaction. Agents main goal is to provide support to the customers and merchants during the various stages of the lease funding process while creating long lasting relationships within the Acima team.

**Our team is hiring English and Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) candidates.**

Position Functions

  • Auditing applications to ensure accuracy
  • Merchant and customer support through phone, email and chat during application process
  • Phone punctuality -- 80% of the support provided is via phone
  • Documentation review, i.e. IDs, invoices, and lease agreements, for quality assurance
  • Communicate with the applicant's bank to confirm banking information when needed
  • Work directly with coach to provide continuous growth and development
